Getting letters and packages is a little more complicated, as the mail system is different here than in the US.
Letters example:
My name should be AFTER the name of the church if it is not I won't get the letter.

Information on mailing packages:
Do NOT write my name or the churches name on the package.
The package must be listed as a gift
Total must not exceed 40 euros apx $49
(do not list items as having no value or $0, causes problems with
Custom Police. The declared value may be devalued when you declare it)
Write my 4 digit number on the bottom right hand corner of the package.
Medication, Beef Jerky and Peanut Butter will be stopped at Customs, don't send it.
